East Coast College Welding Academy held its second welducation open day on 4th July. The day was dedicated to showcasing the art and science of welding to students, industry professionals and the local community.
The event highlighted the importance of welding in various industries and promoted courses and career opportunities within the field. Educators, welding professionals and students came together for hands-on demonstrations, informative workshops and networking opportunities. In addition, welding students competed in a Pressure Vessels Competition, judged by industry experts, with prizes kindly donated by The Validation Centre, Mig Anglia and ASAMS.
